If you would like to reserve a room at the Vineyard please fill out and submit this form and a church staff member will contact you shortly to confirm you reservation.

Church hours
  • These are the times during which room use is available. Room use outside these times requires pastoral approval.
  • Monday-Friday 9:00am–10:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am–2:30pm (Large events must end by noon)
  • Sunday 9:00am–8:00pm (only Evanston Vineyard events are allowed on Sundays)
Specific room use
  • Auditoriums and Lobby — For any event other than VCCE worship band practices, the staff handling your reservation will have to get pastor-approval.
  • Kids Church and Preschool Rooms — Room use requires permission from the Children’s pastor, no food or drinks allowed in these rooms.
  • Seminar and Studio Rooms — Couches have to remain in the rooms but can be pushed to the side.
Private events
  • There is no charge for room use for the funeral or memorial service of an immediate relative of a Vineyard attendee.
  • For members requesting the main Auditorium for a non-ministry event, the charge is $500.
  • For non-members, such as outside organizations, the auditorium costs $1,000.
  • Rental of the Lobby or La Viña Auditorium is $100 plus $3 per person.
  • In rooms other than the main Auditorium, non-ministry events cost $25 plus $3 per person.
  • If there will be food served at the event there is a $100 deposit required for room reservation.
  • Using sound and/or video in either the main Auditorium or the La Viña Auditorium requires hiring 1–2 trained members of our AV teams ($75 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, per person.
  • Some large events will require hiring an additional security guard and/or custodian at $25 per hour.
Room set-up
  • If you are okay with the regular set-up of the room(s) requested but move things around during your event, please return things to the way they were when you are done.
  • If you require special set-up for your room reservation please request it when one of our staff contacts you to confirm your reservation.
  • If you desire a more elaborate set-up, you will need to submit a diagram to the building manager.
Other supplies
  • Vineyard supplies such as tablecloths, centerpieces, candles etc. are available but the use of these requires hiring (at your cost) our hospitality coordinator. If you are interested in using these items you can inquire when a vineyard staff member contacts you to confirm your reservation.

Hosting a funeral at the Vineyard The building is available for funerals or memorial services at no charge to members or regular attenders for immediate family members. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Requesting a Staff Pastor to preside over a funeral Please call the church office at (847) 328-4544 and leaving a message for the pastor-on-duty.

Placing ads in the Sunday Program
  • Please email all ad requests to Dave Sandell. If this is a new ministry or event, please make sure your ministry leader or supervising staff pastor is aware of the ad.
Requesting verbal or video announcements at the Sunday services
  • To find out if your event is eligible, please e-mail Dave Sandell. Most events that are promoted from the stage fit a very specific criteria.

  • Like verbal announcements, most events that we provide poster space for fit into a very specific set of criteria. To find out if your event is eligible, please e-mail Dave Sandell.
