Saturday Morning Yoga

Join us on Saturday mornings for breath prayers and yoga. Our sessions will start with a guided breath prayer followed by a vinyasa flow yoga. All experience levels are welcome to join. We are excited to practice stillness, mindfulness, and have a morning workout together!

Please bring your own Yoga Mat or blanket to use during class!
