ABOUT

From Genesis to Revelation, the Bible presents one great drama about God’s plan to establish his kingdom on earth. In this class, we’ll explore the Old Testament acts of that drama, discovering how they provide us with a script to help us improvise our parts in God’s drama in a way that reflects his kingdom purposes for beauty, justice, healing, reconciliation, and more.

The class will be hosted by Dr. Brittany Kim and Liz Hawes Ng, and meet for 6 Sundays from June 28–August 2 at 4:00pm.

Week 1 – God’s purposes for creation: to establish his kingdom on earth
Week 2 – God’s kingdom thrown into disorder and wisdom about how to live in a good but broken world
Weeks 3 and 4 – God’s kingdom established in Israel
Weeks 5 and 6 – The kingdom of Israel thrown into disorder
