Discover the inside scoop on where our church is going with diversity and how it may affect you.
It’s easy to feel the power of worshipping in such a diverse community when we gather on Sunday mornings. The question on our hearts is, what else does God have for us to experience in this rich environment with so many people from different backgrounds?
Breaking Down Walls and Building Relationships is committed to equipping the church to move from diversity towards living multi-cultural lives.
This begins with every leader being both intentional and inclusive with people not from the dominant culture, and especially people of color.
But how do you actually take steps to do that?
On Saturday, March 3, we are hosting a 90-minute panel discussion for leaders with Steve Nicholson and others on the topic a ministry leader’s role in Breaking Down Walls at the Evanston Vineyard, sharing how our pastors intend to make our church even more multicultural, and how the leaders can do the same.
It will be a time to ask questions and hear perspectives that will help each of us grow personally and in our ability to do Kingdom work.
Childcare is available on a first-come, first-served basis for $5.00 per child.
