The Daniel Plan will teach us simple ways to incorporate healthy choices into our lifestyle and choose foods God created to keep us fit and strong. We will use five key concepts for optimal health: faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. This group will help you deepen your relationship with God and offer inspiration as we make positive choices together
