Leading a small group can be one of the most exciting, rewarding experiences you can have as a leader in our church. We’re creating a network of caring, disciple-producing, leadership developing, multiplying small groups. So we’re always on the look-out for potential small group leaders.
If you’ve ever considered leading a group, whether you have plans to start soon or you’ve simply daydreamed about it, we encourage you to come to our class Leading High-Impact Small Groups. You’ll get valuable training on every facet of leading and growing a group as taught by our community life pastor, Liz Hawes.
We’ll learn strategies to lead people in growing in their relationship with God, fostering deeper friendships with each other, and making a difference in their community. We’ll also talk about overcoming common obstacles that many group leaders encounter. This class is required for all new small group leaders at the Vineyard. Childcare is provided if you pre-register.
