The fun way to work on things that take time: The Long Creative Project Group!
Long projects take stamina, dedication and focus over a long period of time, so it’s helpful to gather for support, prayer and encouragement. (Participant limit: 10)
A ‘long creative project’ could be something like novels, dissertations, home renovations, an album of music, or preparing for recitals. In general, it’s something that would benefit from some sustained thinking and planning. (Talk to me before deciding that your project doesn’t fit – seriously.) I’ll lead the discussion and arrange time for sharing projects. You should be currently working on a long project. Being at the beginning of a project is fine as long as you’re committed to working at it regularly during our time together.
Dates (showing up is important so please check these dates before signing up). Wednesday evenings: Feb 7, Feb 21, March 7, March 21, April 4, April 18
Public Transportation: Our home is a 15-minute walk from the Fullerton Stop (Red & Brown line) and Armitage Stop (Brown Line).
I’ll have something for dinner at 6 o’clock. I’ll email you more details, but in general, my cooking tends to be vegetarian-ish and will probably be along the lines of yummy soup and bread. I don’t cook for special diets, though I do love it when someone brings something to eat and share.
This group is now full. Let’s find you another one.
